WORDR is an hybrid LLM powered, human supervised service to generate structured documents from any recordings.
WORDR transcribes, but then takes transcriptions to a different level, returning trustworthy documents analysed and formatted according to your own choice of topics, chapters. No words are lost.
… and knows that using an artificial "intelligence" to create transcripts and organize documents means then spending several hours wading through pages and pages of material, hunting for mistakes and hallucinations with a fine-tooth comb. Errors could be hiding anywhere. A paragraph skipped, a sentence added, a citation invented. Or worse. The damage is not proportional to the size of the error. One instance is enough.
01Students and researchersWith recorded lectures, interviews, or fieldwork that needs to become a dissertation, paper, or publication. The transcript has to be accurate. Citations verified carefully. One error in a submitted document is a disaster.
02Biographers and ghostwritersWorking from recorded conversations toward a book. The material exists, scattered across endless sessions, out of sequence, tangled with digressions. WORDR finds it and maps it to YOUR chapter structure.
03Journalists and documentary makersWORDR finds what was said, by whom, and where it fits from hours of interview transcripts they can actually trust. WORDR returns an organised text, creates lists of names, places, finds connections.
04Oral history projectsMuseums, universities, heritage archives, community initiatives — with recorded material that needs to be processed accurately and preserved without distortion.
If hallucinations escape your control, the quality of your work is compromised. YOUR reputation is at stake.

Chapter 02 · The problem
Artificial Intelligence does not exist.
It's the clever branding used to market Large Language Models.
LLMs are powerful and exceptionally useful instruments. They can do a hell of a lot of leg work in minutes rather than days yet hallucinations (in plain English: inventions and lies) will happen. They are a feature, not a bug. Your LLM isn't doing it on purpose. It has no cognition of the difference between accurate and plausible. What it gives you doesn't need to be right, it only needs to sound right.
LLMs are both exceptionally powerful, useful and fraught with danger. LLMs are instruments unlike any other tool that has ever existed. Unlike any tool that has ever existed, LLMs hallucinate. Or, in plain English, they make shit up.
Artificial "intelligence" is not trustworthy. Nor intelligent.
WORDRCHAPTER 03 · 04 / 06How
Chapter 03 · How it works
Wordr has built cages within which LLMs can operate effectively without being free to drift into la-la-land.
They'll still drift, it's how they are built, but a lot less than they would normally do. What escapes prevention is identified and squashed by a supervisor.
WORDR receives the recording, the chapter structure, the analysis criteria, the themes, the topics and any other specifications. And then:
01Transcribes.
Whisper runs over the recording and produces the raw transcript. Then runs again, on a slightly trimmed copy, so we can compare the two passes. The supervisor reads both and merges them sentence by sentence.
Raw transcript · specimenRun · 01
[00:14:32]LLM
Generates the transcription from the audio.
[00:14:38]Supervisor
Identifies and corrects errors and hallucinations.
02Formats.
The clean raw transcript becomes a readable document. Speaker turns identified, pauses and crosstalk handled, filler trimmed where it doesn't carry meaning.
Format pass · specimenRun · 02
[00:21:04]LLM
Creates a document with the transcription formatted for easy reading.
[00:21:11]Supervisor
Identifies and corrects errors and hallucinations.
03Analyses.
The full text is then mapped to the client's structure: chapters, themes, sections, indexes.
an interview organised into the chapters of a biography,
a lecture structured by themes with summary and full text,
a long conversation broken down by topic,
indexes of names and places, anything at all.
Wordr can surface important passages you may have forgotten and bring to light themes that are potentially relevant to you.
Analysis pass · specimenRun · 03
[00:38:17]LLM
Maps the formatted transcript to the client's chapter structure.
[00:38:26]Supervisor
Identifies and corrects errors and hallucinations.
WORDRCHAPTER 04 · 05 / 06Deliverables
Chapter 04 · What you get
Useable documents and peace of mind.
The stress of hunting and finding hallucinations in your documents is gone. The time you would have spent doing that can now be used for something productive or to relax.
Document one
A formatted transcript
The spoken word as readable text. Speaker turns identified. Pauses, filler, crosstalk handled. Faithful to what was said, but legible.
Document two
The transcript structured to your map.
The full text of the transcript, reorganised under your chapters, themes, or sections. Every passage in the right place. Every speaker attributed. If the recording contains material your current structure doesn't cover, WORDR flags it and proposes where it might belong. Nothing is dropped.
